I just wanted to send a comment regarding the excellent service I received from Justin on Saturday October 1, 2011. I came to your dealership as I was stranded in your area from the thunderstorms the night before. While driving from Toronto my low tire warning light came on. The light was still there on Saturday morning. As I had my 2 small grandchildren with me and I had a long drive to Peterborough ahead of me, I wanted piece of mind with my Dodge Mini-van. Justin greeted me when I drove into your parking lot and he proceeded to assess my tire pressure and in the cold weather put the necessary air in all of my tires. It took sometime to get my tire pressume under control where Justin and I were comfortable with me driving. I just want to thank Justin again for the excellent customer service he provided and wanted to make sure that you knew how much I appreciated his time away from his regular sales duties. In my opinion, he is an asset to your dealership as he also took a few minutes to show me some things about my mini-van that my own dealership did not show me. This is great and I have used my step button to check the things on it. It maybe a simple thing to the sales guys, but it is a great thing for me to know. It felt great driving as I had piece of mind that my van was running smoothly. Thank you again Justin and all the best for your future.

I would like this to be submitted to the Manager of Belleville Dodge, please. I need to inform you of exceptional service that I received from your Service Rep, Becky Barriage. I have an ongoing problem with my 08 Nitro and Jeff, the one mechanics who has been following through with this problem wanted my vehicle for a day to trace the problem. I had problems getting my Nitro to the dealership to do a drop off the night before. Becky who lives about 10 kilometers from my home, offered to pick up the Nitro at my home on Sunday March 6/11 and take it to your dealership on Monday morning and return it after work. I appreciate such thoughtful actions and for Becky to offer that up shows what a caring person she is. The dedication that Jeff and her showed to fix my on going problem, has restored a lot of my faith in the car industry. Thank-you Becky.

Hello to Belleville Dodge from sunny and warm Yuma, Arizona.

We bought Lanoire the 2005 Dodge Ram 3500 DRW from you in April 2006. She was 11 months old and had 17,453 km. on her. She has now reached 160,000 trouble free km., most of that towing a large, heavy fifth wheel trailer. She?s been to 10 Canadian provinces, 41 American states, and 17 Mexico states. Her tires have been dipped in the Atlantic Ocean, the Pacific Ocean, the Gulf of Mexico, the Sea of Cortez in Baja California, Mexico, and the Caribbean Sea at the Mexico / Belize border.

I vowed when we bought her that we would trade her in as soon as her warranty expired at 160,000 km. NO! She?s the best vehicle we have ever owned. And I expect to have her until at least 250,000 km., probably 300,000 km. We expect she will be taking us to Alaska, and all the way through Central America to the Panama Canal within the next few years.
